Student Study Center Activity Reports Previous Page | Table of Contents | Next Page If you want to see a report of the amount of time your students have spent using the Study Center: Click on the Student SC Activity link under the Reports heading. How many records do you want to review? You can select all records or only those records that fall between two specified dates. The data can be reported as either Student Detail or Campus Summary. First we will look at the Student Detail Report. You can configure your report to include all the tutorials the students have visited, or just a specific tutorial. A. You can configure your report to include all your campuses (My Campuses Only), or you may select an individual campus. B. Click on the Submit button to obtain your report. The Student SC Activity Detail Report lists: Student Name Tutorial The Total Number of Visits the student made to that tutorial The Total Duration (the length of time) that the student spent during all visits (cumulative) to that tutorial The Average Duration that the student spent for a single visit to that tutorial (Total Duration divided by Total Visits) If you want to see the breakdown of each student visit to the tutorial, click on the student's name. In this example are going to click on the name Alex Altmer. That will take us to the Student SC Activity Details page: As mentioned above, the Study Center Activity data can be reported as either Student Detail or Campus Summary. The Student SC Activity Summary Report lists: Tutorial The Total Number of Visits the students made to this tutorial The Number of Students who have visited this tutorial The Total Duration (the length of time) that the students spent during all visits (cumulative) to this tutorial The Average Duration that the students spent for a single visit to this tutorial (Total Duration divided by Total Visits)
